Shipping Methods

We recommend you have your package sent to a location where someone can receive and or sign for your package. At the time of check out, you will find a list of shipping services available to your area. Below is an explanation of those services:

Standard / Ground / Promotional Shipping

  • Delivers Monday-Friday
  • Allow up to 5 Business Days

Expedited Shipping Methods

  • Expedited shipping services deliver Monday - Friday
  • 3 Day Expedited (3 Business Days)
  • 2 Day Expedited (2 Business Days)
  • 1 Day Expedited (Next Business Day)

Postal Service

  • USPS will not be available for all products
  • APO/FPO/DPO, PO Boxes, & Puerto Rico MUST Select USPS
  • USPS Priority Mail (Allow up to 7 Business Days)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (Allow up to 2 Business Days)

Grand Puff reserves the right to select the best shipping provider for ground and expedited shipping methods.

Shipping Charges

Shipping methods are calculated at the time of checkout. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, & APO/FPO/DPO addresses do not qualify for free shipping)

In the event that you incorrectly enter your address, or don't give enough information, you are responsible for any fees associated with revisions, corrections or additions.

In the event of an undeliverable shipment, incorrectly entering your shipping address, or a refused package, shipping charges will not be refunded and actual return shipping costs may be incurred if the package is shipped back to us.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

All orders are normally shipped out for transit within 2 business days. Use the Ground Shipping Map displayed below to calculate approximately how long your package will take to arrive to your location. Please note most orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

USPS Priority Mail

USPS Priority Mail orders ship out same day when placed before 10:00am PST. Transit times are normally within 3-7 business days. However, transit times are not guaranteed with this shipping method. Delivery times may be longer, especially during Holiday seasons. Orders shipped via USPS do not qualify for free shipping.

Orders to Alaska & Hawaii

Orders to Alaska & Hawaii are not eligible for any shipping promotions or $7.95 flat rate ground shipping. Residents of these states must choose a shipping method other than UPS Ground at the time of checkout.

Do You Ship To PO Boxes?

Yes, all orders shipping to a PO Box must select USPS Priority Mail as the shipping method. Orders shipped to PO Boxes do not qualify for free shipping.

Do You Ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?

Yes, APO/FPO/DPO customers must select USPS Priority Mail as the shipping method. Due to the nature of transit times associated to these addresses, please allow 20 to 40 days for delivery. Orders shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses do not qualify for free shipping.
